<br />5 )[>-2 <br />sustainability for the Redwood City Family Centers for fiscal year 2004/2005. <br /> <br />Funding for fiscal year 2005/2006 will be negotiated and reflected in a form of an <br />amendment to this Agreement. <br /> <br />On September 13, 2004, Council previously approved an amendment to the 2003/2004 <br />agreement for fiscal year 2004/2005 for the Redwood City Family Centers. Shortly after <br />the agreement was approved, all parties decided it would be best to enter into a new <br />agreement to cover two fiscal years (2004/2005 and 2005/2006.) Although the Council <br />authorized the execution of the amendment, it was never executed by any the parties <br />involved. The attached agreement replaces the previously approved amendment. <br /> <br />Alternative <br />Council may choose not to authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br />The City's contribution of $85,500 has been approved as part in the 2004/2005 budget. <br />Funding for 2005/2006 will be negotiated at a later date. <br />~l <br />_/ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />. fl t';;;Ø 11 (n) <br /> <br />eanna V.
