These discrepancies are the following: <br /> <br />1. Paragraph "i" - Paved roadway is NOT SHOWN anywhere on Exhibit "A". <br />2. Paragraph "I" - Demarcation line on Exhibit "A" does not match text of <br />Resolution: "ftonting unpaved extension" <br /> <br />The discrepancy is invisible because the pavement vs. dirt road is NOT marked anywhere <br />on Exhibit "A" as it is required to be under Paragraph "i." Once you mark the pavement, <br />you will see that my lot at 3730 is onthe paved section of roadway, and NOT part of (the <br />"Affected Area"), "unpaved extension." (See enclosed 1996 Parcel Map). <br /> <br />Parae:raoh "i" states: <br />"The 1988 Policy did not distinguish between parcels of real property fronting on that <br />portion of Laurel Way which has been paved, but not improved to City's standards, as <br />shown on Exhibit "A ". <br />(This paved infonnation is not shown as required on Exhibit "A", and is a key element in <br />defining (the "Affected Area"), in Paragraph "I" below). <br /> <br />Parae:raoh "i" states: <br />"Application for entitlements to develop properties fronting on Laurel Way <br />subsequent to 1988 has indicated a need to make such a distinction. " <br /> <br />Parae:raoh ")" states: <br />"Properties located on Laurel Way fronting on the westerly and northerly <br />unpaved extension thereof (the "Affected Area ") are, from the standpoint of <br />development, distinguishable from those parcels fronting on the paved portion <br />
