<br />i.A-ll1 <br /> <br />Conditions: <br />13. No increases in frequency, power, or intensity, including electric and magnetic <br />field strength, power density, and average exposure time that exceed Federal <br />Communications Commission (F.c.c.) regulations for such facilities shall be <br />allowed. <br />14. In addition to the above conditions, the applicant shall be required to comply <br />with building code regulations and requirements prior to beginning work on the <br />installation. <br />15. Once the wireless communications facility is fully operating, the City will require <br />The Alaris Group, LLC / AT&T Wireless to submit documentation confirming that <br />the facility is operating within the technical standards as described in the <br />application and the Federal Communications Commission permit. Independent <br />field strength or power density measurements (by an independent company <br />and at the expense of the applicant) shall be provided to the Zoning <br />Administrator within 30 days of issuance of a permit to activate the facility by <br />the Redwood City Building and Inspection Services. A baseline field strength <br />and power density measurement of the subject area shall also be provided to <br />the Zoning Administrator prior to the activation of the proposed facility. The <br />applicant shall work with the nearest adjacent residential property owner so <br />that field measurement(s) can be made from that property. <br />16. It is the ongoing obligation of the telecommunications carrier to maintain the <br />facility with the highest quality equipment available to insure the lowest <br />possible R/F emission levels, lowest noise levels, and the least aesthetic impact <br />possible. <br />17. In the event of significant changes to the originally-approved operation of the <br />subject facility, the City may require evidence from The Alaris Group, LLC / <br />AT&T Wireless documenting that the subject facility is operating within the <br />allowable F.c.c. regulations, <br />18. The applicant shall comply with all applicable Fire and Building codes. <br />19. The property owner shall inform all existing and future users of the site (e.g. <br />Montessori Community School, Montessori Assistance to Infancy Program, etc.) <br />of the presence of on-site telecommunications equipment to ensure that they <br />are aware of the installation. <br /> <br />Where a Use Permit has not been used within one (1) year from the date of <br />granting, either by beginning of construction of the improvements or by the <br />initiation of the activity which is the subject of the Use Permit, said Use Permit shall <br />automatically terminate and be of no further effect. <br /> <br />If approved, no building or zoning permit shall be issued, and no use shall be <br />established except in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions <br />outlined above, and in no case shall such permit be issued or use established prior <br />to the final action on any appeals that may be filed within the appeal period. Any <br />appeal made in accordance with the provisions of Section 48.2, Ordinance No. <br />1130 (Zoning Ordinance), must be received by the City Clerk no later than seven <br />calendar days after the date of the official action.
