These <br /> funds are used to leverage CDBG funds for rehabilitation loans on rental prope�ty. <br /> The program is offered citywide but targeted to Census Tracts # 6101, 6102, <br /> 6104, 6107, 6108 and 6109 where more than 50% of the Census Tract <br /> households earn less than 80% of area median income. <br /> $30,000 CDBG <br /> Solar ReplacemenURepair : Casa de Redwood, 1280 Veterans Blvd. These <br /> funds will be used to repair or replace solar panels at an affordable senior housing <br /> development. <br /> $10,000 CDBG <br /> Hope Ho�se I Bathroom Repair : Service League of San Mateo County, 3789 <br /> Hoover Street. These funds will be used to repair water damage and dry rot in <br /> the bathroom walls, floor and lower ceiling in a residential treatment facility for <br /> substance abusers. <br /> $66,643 HOME <br /> Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) Setaside-These funds <br /> will be reserved for use by an eligible CHDO for housing acquisition, rehabilitation <br /> or new construction. The specific activity and organization are unknown at this <br /> time.
