The timeline for completion of these projects and programs is by June 30, <br /> 2006. � <br /> PR/OR/TY STRATEGY # 1- Expansion and preservation of affordable housinQ <br /> $100,000 CDBG <br /> $333,215 HOME <br /> Bradford Street Site Acquisition for Affordable Housing : Redevelopment Agency <br /> of the City of Redwood City, 1017 Middlefield Road. These funds will be used to <br /> acquire a site for an affordable senior housing development with the possibility of <br /> a child care facility being part of the development. <br /> $200,000 CDBG <br /> Villa Montgomery Affordable Housing Development (formerly referred to as the EI <br /> Camino Vera Project) : Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City & <br /> First Community Housing, 1017 Middlefield Road. These funds will be used to <br /> assist a non-profit developer to construct 58 affordable rental units. <br /> $30,000 CDBG <br /> Housing Accessibility Modification Program : Center for the Independence of the <br /> Disabled, 875 O'Neill Ave, Belmont. These funds will be used to provide citywide <br /> accessibility improvements to residences occupied by home owners and renters <br /> who are physically challenged, are elderly and fragile, or non elderly and haVe <br /> other disabilities. <br /> $25,000 CDBG Program Income <br /> $91,753 CDBG <br /> Home Improvement Program Support : City of Redwood City, 1017 Middlefield <br /> Road. These funds will pay program support costs for the operation of the <br /> Housing Rehabilitation Loan Programs and Tenant Assistance Programs. <br /> Eligible costs are limited to staff, supplies and support costs directly related to <br /> carrying out the loan programs. <br /> $200,000 CDBG Program Income <br /> Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program : City of Redwood City, 1017 Middlefield <br /> Road. These funds are used to provide funds for rehabilitation loans on single <br /> family owner occupied property.
