The Legal Assistance for At-Risk Redwood City Residents will <br /> provide free legal services for seniors, persons with disabilities, and domestic violence <br /> survivors living in Redwood City. Ombudsman Services provides <br /> advocacy services for residents of long-term care facilities — including facility monitoring <br /> and investigation of complaints regarding the violation of resident rights.
