' � <br /> Recommendation <br /> By motion, adopt the findings related to the appeal of the Zoning Administrator's approval <br /> of an Architectural Permit (AP2004-114) and Use Pe�mit (UP2004-84) forthe Alaris Group <br /> on behalf of AT&T Wireless/Cingular Wireless (the "Applicant") (which authorized, subject <br /> to certain conditions, the mounting of six (6) panel antennas inside a new steeple to be <br /> constructed on top of the existing church building and three (3) equipment cabinets located <br /> within an equipment enclosure at grade), within the Single-Family Residential "R-1"Zoning <br /> District, pursuant to Article 38 of the Redwood City Zoning Code for the proposed project <br /> located at 2325 Euclid Avenue. <br /> Background <br /> The Appellants, Mary Browne and Gerald Nagle, filed a timely appeal on November 12, <br /> 2004, protesting the approval by the Zoning Administrator of an application for an <br /> architectural permit and use permit to mount, subject to certain conditions imposed by the <br /> Zoning Administrator, a total of six (6) panel antennas inside a new steeple to be <br /> constructed on top of the existing church building and three (3) equipment cabinets loca#ed <br /> within an equipment enclosure at grade, within the Single Family Residential "R-1" Zoning <br /> District, pursuant to Article 38 of the Redwood City Zoning Code for the proposed proJect <br /> located at 2325 Euclid Avenue. Appellants base their appeal on violation of an unspecified <br /> contract and health concerns from radiation. A public hearing on the appeal was held on � <br /> February 28, 2CO5, and after close of the hearing the City Council continued the matter to <br /> April 25, 2005. At the April 25, 2005, continued hearing, the City Council approved the <br /> Zoning Administrator's decision and denied the appeal subject to written findings being <br /> prepared and submitted.
