In the <br />event the City exercises this option to re -open, the provisions of Article 30, No <br />Strike, will not be in effect during the period of such re- opener discussions. <br />.. <br />... <br />22.1.3 For workers who have ten (10) years of service and retire under the retirement <br />plan provided by Redwood City, the City shall contribute on behalf of the retiree <br />only (no dependents), an amount toward the health plans equal to the premium <br />paid for an active worker, for the same plan. <br />22.1.4 In the event there are any costs not charged to the City due to delays by PERS <br />and /or other administrative agencies in calculating or reporting these costs, said <br />costs shall be carried over and charged as administrative costs to the following <br />plan year and deducted from the aforementioned monthly dollar caps <br />accordingly. <br />22.1.5 The City shall establish maintain in accordance with Section 125 of the IRS Code <br />A. Vision Insurance <br />22.1.6 For the period February 1, 2896- through December 31, 28492011, the <br />City's total maximum combined contribution per full time eligible worker for the <br />aforementioned Health Benefit Plan (see Article 22.1.2 above) and Cafeteria <br />Plan (see Article 22.1.6 above), shall be equal to $ 1;22J -?7* er month per <br />worker minus any costs incurred by the City to maintain said Cafeteria Plan in <br />compliance with IRS Code Section 125 and minus any costs incurred by the City <br />to maintain the Health Benefit Plans in compliance with Government Code <br />( q:3� <br />Page 20 of 30 <br />for 2012). The contribution shall be adjusted annually by the PERS board to <br />reflect any change to the medical care component of the Consumer Price Index <br />and shall be rounded to the nearest dollar. <br />
