The development will also <br /> contain 1,215 gross square feet of retail area, open space area, and other <br /> amenities. <br /> 124-136 Lincoln Avenue: To construct eight townhouse units on a vacant 0.30 <br /> acre site with small private yards and parking. <br /> Staff is recommending that the Planning Commission: <br /> 1. Adopt the attached Resolution of Intention to initiate and consider an <br /> amendment to the General Plan Land Use Map. <br /> 2. Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration. <br /> 3. Recommend the following actions to the City Council: <br /> a. Find that the General Plan Amendment to change the land use <br /> designation of 1540 EI Camino Real from "Commercial/Office" to <br /> "Mixed Use" is in the public interest and recommend approval to the <br /> City Council. <br /> b. Find that the Zoning Map Amendments to rezone <br /> ■ 1540 EI �amino Real from General Commercial "CG" to "P" <br /> (Planned Community) District, and <br /> ■ 124-136 Lincoln Avenue from "R-4" (Multi Family Medium Density) <br /> Zoning District to "P" (Planned Community) District are both in the <br /> public interest and recommend their approval to the City Council <br /> c.
