Galet <br /> I own the property at 112-120 Vera Avenue in Redwood City, just across the street from your pmposed <br /> project at 1540 EI Camino Real, and 124-136 Lincoln Street. <br /> Here is my position: <br /> 1,) Related to traffic heading south on Ei Camino Real: The sigaal light just past Vera Avenue stops traffic <br /> creating a bottle neck for cars trying to get onto Vera Ave. and a bottle neck for cars on Vera Ave wanting <br /> to access El Camino Real. <br /> I suggest you red curb the present parking area on El Camino Just before Vera to create a Iane for cars <br /> wanting to turn onto Vera Avenue. <br /> I also suggest that you make Vera Ave. a one way street for one block, from El Camino Real to Adams St. <br /> The reason being there will always be a hazard for cars on Vera Ave wanting to tutn right onto El Camino <br /> Real, the more cazs wanting to turn right the higher the frustration for cars on Vera Ave and EI Camino <br /> Real. <br /> Making Vera Avenue a one way street for one block will give people who live on Vera Avenue access all <br /> the way to Dickey Street. <br /> It isn't fair to ask residents in the first block of Vera Avenue to suffer the coming traffic increase. <br /> Residents who live on Adams St can use Vera Ave. to get to there homes, then exit onto other streets. <br /> Residents who live on Vera Avenue above Adams St. will have to exit onto other streets. <br /> The proposed structure at 1540 El Camino Real will have an entrance to an under ground Garage which will <br /> be (according to proposed drawings) directly across from my driveway on Vera Avenue; If cars are backed <br /> up on Vera Ave. Uying to access El Camino Real, cars that access from EI Camino Real may not be able to <br /> access that garage. Also cars that want to access that garage may want to wait in front of the 112 -120 <br /> driveway blocking cars that want to exit that property (my property). <br /> 2.) The Property I own at 112-120 Vera Avenue when I purchased it was zoned R2; at some point the <br /> property must have been wned R4, today it is wned CG. <br /> All I can say is someone is out to get me, screw me, screw me up you can't have two ide�ical properties <br /> side by side 10 separate rental units each and wne one R4 and the other CG. Any one who buys the <br /> property would want to rent t3�em not fight a legal battle to undo a fisud, entrapment put upon me intending <br /> to damage me, caose me trouble, trouble I was never informed about, trouble I would only find out about <br /> when there was a complaint. <br /> I claim somebody wants my water, wants to shut down my water, make sure I never rent my duplexes again. <br /> I don't have a business License, I am out of business , shut the door, wne my property CG, cause trouble to <br /> get my property away from me, �uin me. • <br /> I get letters from Robert J. Greene who is Operarions Manager at Muni Services Company (MBIA) <br /> He sends me three notices, ti�e last one is a final Notice, in each notice he wants me to fill out a business <br /> License and send it to him. <br /> Our records show that you are currentty conducting business and/or renting or leasing commercial or <br /> residential property within the City of Redwood City wi�out a business license (The Final Notice). <br /> The first two notices are demands to send him a business License cleazly a trap when I wasn't aware of tbe <br /> CG zoning. So no matter how I filled out a business license I would be dishonest, stuck to resolve it in court <br /> or pay estimated fines. The wned CG must have been there along time. Someone told me they wanted to <br /> tum my property into a day care center. I want to feel that 5 story buildings all around me means I can do <br /> the same.
