• f Q
,,,,--,,;,, Findings: The mitigation measure iden6fied above is feasible and
G" reduces the potentially significant environmeMal impact described above to a less-than-
significant level.
F. Erosion and Sedimentation
Potential Impact: Soils eroded during Project construction could wash
directly or indirectly into Redwood Creek or Smith Slough, potentially causing
sedimentation, increased flooding potential and maintenance problems and also
potentially degrading water quality in the creek, slough and marinas by increasing
turbidity (Impact 11-6). __
Mitigation: The Project shall prepare and implement during construction
an erosion control plan approved by the City and consistent with the required Project
Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, with provisions consistent with Mitigation
Measure 11-6.
Findings: Mitigation Measure 11-6 is feasible and reduces sedimentation
and turbidity to less than significant levels.
IX. NOISE AND VIBRATION
A. Residential Noise Exaosure
Potential Impact: Upper story residences at the Project would be
exposed to unshielded freeway and aviation noise in excess of applicable standards
(Impact 13-1).
1289\02779278.2 32
Atty/Reso/Reso.1470 .
052004
