The City Counci! finds that the pi�visions of the <br /> Development Agreement by and between the i'ity and the Dev�loper for the <br /> construction of the Project (the "Development Agreement") are consistent with ,the <br /> Genera� Plan as amended, the Precise Plan as adopted, and the Zoning Ordinance as <br /> amended of the City. <br /> SECTION 2. APPROVAL.The City Council hereby approves and adopts the <br /> Development Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by <br /> reference. The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute and attest, respectively, the Development Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> SECTION 3.
