Each of the proposed 17 residential towers (A-� shall be mazked and lighted per the <br /> condition(s) contained in the FAA documents entifled, "Determinarion of No Hazazd to Air <br /> Navieation" (one document for each tower), dated August 29, 2003, Septemba 5, 2003, <br /> Szpte�ber 8, 20�3 aad Septembe; 4, 2003, addressed ta Mr. Tim Ridner, Glenborou�-Pauls, <br /> LLC, 650 Bair Island Road, Suite 100,.Redwood City, CA 94063, and date-stamped "Received <br /> Sep 18, 2003". <br /> 2.a. In accordance with Mitigation 13-1, contained in the Mitieation Monitorin2 Checklist — Matina <br /> Shores Villaee Proiect documeat, the project sponsor shall wnduct and submit an acousticai <br /> study for the multi-family residential portion of the project to identify appropriate acoustic <br /> elements to be installed during construction to achieve an interior noise level of not more than <br /> 45 dB CNEL in all habitable rooms, based on sircraft noise events related to aircraft operations <br /> at San Cazlos Airport, commercial air traffiq and transient geaeral aviatioa traffic that geaerally <br /> occurs within two miles of the project site. The report shall be submitted to and approved by <br /> the City of Redwood City Building Department prior to the issuance of any building permit(s) <br /> for residential construction. <br /> 2.b.
