Staff considers these <br /> agreements as the comerstone of the project implementation process, and expects that <br /> other implementation actions for Council consideration will follow. <br /> Alternative <br /> Do not �uthorize the City Manager to respond to call for bids for land lease at SBSA, �nd <br /> provide � Itemative direction. <br /> Fiscal Impact <br /> This action does not, on its own, commit the City to any financial obligations to SBSA, and <br /> in authorizing the City Manager to submit a bid for the lease, the City Council is not bound <br /> to accept the provisions of the draft lease developed by SBSA. Rather, the terms and <br /> conditions of the lease are to be agreed on subsequently by the SBSA Commission and <br /> the City Council.
