�.,4-20 <br /> C. Record Keeping <br /> Formal Minutes of the Task Force meetings were not recorded. The <br /> Facilitator, in the form of "Memory Notes," documented relevant <br /> information and Task Force decisions. Memory Notes from each Task <br /> Force meeting were distributed to Task Force members for their review <br /> prior to the following meeting. Task Force membe�s were providec' the <br /> opportunity at each meeting to revise or supplement and then accept :he <br /> Memory Notes taken at the previous meeting. <br /> D. Quorum <br /> The Task Force decided that sixteen (16) members must be present to <br /> establish a quorum for decision-making. If fewer than sixteen (16) <br /> members are present at a meeting, no binding decision can be made. <br /> E. General Decision Making <br /> The Task Force determined that every decision, including its final <br /> recommendations, required the agreement of a minimum of two-thirds of <br /> the standing members of the Task Force. <br /> F. Task Force Agreement on Final Report <br /> The Task Force agreed to support the recommendation to Council <br /> approved by a two-thirds vote, and to educate, inform and advocate for <br /> this recommendation to the community if Council accepts it. <br /> G. Meeting Schedule <br /> The Task Force followed the schedule established by the City Council, <br /> and added one meeting that was held on March 3, 2004. <br /> H. Attendance <br /> The Task Force agreed that a member may miss two (2) meetings only. <br /> A member who misses three (3) meetings shall be removed from the <br /> Task Force. <br /> I. Subcommittee <br /> 1. Subcommittee Members <br /> On December 17, 2003, the Task Force created a Subcommittee to <br /> conduct in depth review of issues discussed at the December 17� <br /> Task Force meeting. The Subcommittee Members are Derby <br /> Davidson, Camille Fischer, Jeff Gee, Ken McCoy, Mark McLaren, <br /> Chu Chang, Supervising Civil Engineer, City of Redwood City, <br /> Tonia Tabucchi, Assistant Engineer, City of Redwood City, and <br /> Mary Trail, Associate Engineer, Kennedy/Jenks Consultants. <br /> Recycled Water Task Force Report — Attachment 1 page 4 <br />
