Freedman Tung & Bottomley (FTB) prepazed and presented streeucape concept <br /> recommendarions on the perimeter of the "On Broadway" cinema project in downtown Redwood <br /> City to the Ciry Council, resuleng in the CounciPs approval in January 2004. To follow up, FTB <br /> and our [eam of design and engineering subconsultants have prepazed this Scope of Services to <br /> , cam out design development, construction documents, and construction phase services for the <br /> installation of these Cinetna Streetscape improvemenu. The major subconsultants include Slooten <br /> Consultin�. Inc. serving as civil engineering subconsultant; Singer Fukushima Evans (SFE) as <br /> landscape architecture subconsultant; Rempel+Lao Architects as azchitecture subconsultant; <br /> Architectural Lighring Design as lighting consultant; and Redwood Ciry Electric as elecaical <br /> engineering subconsultant. <br /> The project area consists of the following: <br /> 1.
