Indicate limits of work. ➢ Demolition Fian: Indicate structures, foundations, pavements (including type a�d thickness) to be removed and salvaged; utility lines to be removed, r�routed or abandoned and trees and shrubs to be removed or salvaged. ➢ Site Plan: Locate all new work by coordinates and/or dimensions from prominent existing features or survey base lines. Use same scale and orientation as the existing topography pian. Locate contractor's temporary storage area as necessary. ➢ Grading Plan: ■ Show finished contours at one-foot intervals using solid lines and all existing contours using dash lines. ■ Clearly show where ail surface water will drain to catch basins or other outlets. ■ Use spot elevations to clarify grading requirements, drainage flow patterns, set curbs, gutters, pavement comers, ground and pavement surFaces at building comers, top of catch basins, etc... � ■ Show finished floor and pad elevations, borrow piUdisposal areas (if I applicable), and location of soil borings. Use same scale and orientation a s the topography plan. � Utility Plan: � • Locate by dimensions and/or coordinates all new water, sanitary sewer and storm drain lines and appurtenances. ■ Indicate sizes of all pipes, top and invert elevations of manholes and catch basins and points of connection. ■ Indicate size of all thrust restraints and their parameters. � Profiles: ■ Show profiles fo� all sanitary sewer and storm drain systems. ■ Indicate manholes, invert elevations, distance between manholes, slope of pipes, existing and proposed utilities and finish grades. • Show profile for water main� where possible interferences with existin utilities ma oc ,` g y cur. -s-
