Comments should be in writing. <br /> Mr. Michael Newbro, representing the Nicholson Company said he was eager to <br /> get comments as early as possible and that he was working with neighbors. In <br /> response to question from Commissioner McCoy, Mr. Newbro said the office <br /> building at Chestnut Street and Bay Road would remain although the developer <br /> has approached that building's owner regarding possible purchase of the <br /> property. <br /> REVIEW OF CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS <br /> Mr. Church summarized the June 2 meeting, describing the issue of traffic safety, <br /> access and egress and parking at a residential day care facility on Canyon Road. <br /> This day care center will be working with the Arbitration Board and will return to City <br /> Council. <br /> Mr. Passanisi summarized the Appeal of a Use Permit for off-street parking for a <br /> church on Iris Street which was upheld by the Council. <br /> MA TTERS OF COMMISSION INTEREST <br /> Kaiser project update. Mr. Church summarized the current situation regarding the <br /> hospital improvements. <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Mr. Passanisi said that a Subdivision Committee meeting would be held in the <br /> near future.
