<br /> Description: This project provides funding for the construction or upgrade of
<br /> overpasses and underpasses (grade separations) along the Caltrain
<br /> and Dumbarton rail lines. The Candidate Projects are listed below.
<br /> Funds will not be adequate to construct or upgrade all Candidate
<br /> Projects. The TA will determine Candidate Project selection and
<br /> '- prioritization in conjunction with the project sponsors, based upon
<br /> the California Public Utilities Commission formula and the desire of
<br /> the City involved.
