There are various specimens of large trees and fruit trees scattered over the <br /> two properties. <br /> ADJACENT LAND USES: The site is surrounded by a mixture of residential uses. To <br /> the east, across Valota Road, are duplexes and triplexes. To the immediate north and <br /> I south are single-family homes and duplexes.
