�'���-a� <br /> 7.2 Planning and Permitting <br /> City will be responsible for all costs expended to prepare applications for <br /> necessary governmental permits and approvals. Each Party will contribute the <br /> necessary staff time to secure these permits and approvals without compensation <br /> from the other. <br /> 7.3 Design and Construction of Recycled Water Facilities <br /> 7.3.1 Desi�n <br /> City will reimburse SBSA for the cost of design and preparation of <br /> Construction Contract Documents incurred by SBSA in accordance with <br /> Section 2.1. City will reimburse SBSA amounts due within ten (10) <br /> business days after receiving from SBSA an invoice and evidence of <br /> approval of payment to engineer by SBSA. <br /> 7.3.2 Construction <br /> SBSA will make timely progress payments to the Construction Contractor <br /> in accordance with provisions of SBSA Standard Specifications Section <br /> 00700 8.0, Attachment Seven. City will reimburse SBSA for such <br /> payments within ten (10) business days after receiving from SBSA an <br /> invoice and evidence of approval of payment to the Construction <br /> Contractor by SBSA. <br /> 7.3.3 Construction Mana eg ment <br /> City will reimburse SBSA for the cost of construction management during <br /> the course of construction of the Recycled Water facilities.
