�S b� <br /> . , - ao <br /> the maximum extent feasible, such records and reports will be provided in <br /> electronic format. <br /> If City or SBSA are required to file separate reports on the Project by any <br /> regulatory agency, each will promptly provide the other with a copy of that report. <br /> 6.10 Compliance with Permits <br /> SBSA will operate the Treatment Plant and Project Facilities within its control <br /> (Facilities 1, 2, 3 and 10) in full compliance with all applicable laws and <br /> regulations, including those of the State Water Resources Control Board codified <br /> at 23 CCR Section 3670 et seq., and with all permits. <br /> 7.0 COMPENSATION TO SBSA <br /> 7.1 Reimbursement of Costs <br /> Within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, City will pay SBSA the sum of <br /> Four Hundred Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Five and 32/100 Dollars <br /> ($414,765.32). SBSA acknowledges that this payment will fully reimburse it for <br /> all costs incurred by SBSA prior to April 30, 2004 related to the Project, including <br /> payments to the contracting parties listed on Attachment Three through Apri130, <br /> 2004, in the amount of Four Hundred Nine Thousand Four Hundred Forty Two <br /> and 57/100 Dollars ($409,442.57), and an allowance of Five Thousand Three <br /> Hundred Twenty Two and 75/100 Dollars ($5,322.75) for SBSA administrative <br /> and management time. <br /> Costs incurred between May 1, 2004 and the Effective Date and those incurred <br /> after the Effective Date for work listed on Attachment Three will be invoiced in <br /> accordance with provisions of Section 7.3 of this Agreement. <br /> -16- i o9i 3�a.� <br />
