�•8i - Iq <br /> • EmerQencv Interruptions <br /> SBSA will make all reasonable efforts to avoid emergency, unscheduled <br /> interruptions in supply and to restore promptly its ability to deliver Recycled <br /> Water if and when such interruptions occur. In the event an emergency requires <br /> an immediate interruption in the supply of Recycled Water, SBSA will promptly <br /> (within two (2) hours) notify City of the interruption. Within five (5) days <br /> following the emergency interruption, SBSA shall notify City of the apparent <br /> cause of the interruption, what steps are being taken to fix the problem and restore <br /> deliveries, and the expected duration of the interruption. Within thirty (30) days <br /> of the emergency interruption, SBSA will provide City with a report on the cause <br /> of the interruption and measures being taken by SBSA to prevent recurrences of <br /> interruptions from such cause. <br /> 6.9 Recordkeeping and Reports <br /> SBSA will keep complete and accurate records as required by law, by applicable <br /> regulations, as described in the Engineering Report and as necessary to carry out <br /> this Agreement, including financial records required to implement Article 7.0. <br /> SBSA will provide City access to all of its records related to this Agreement <br /> during normal business hours. City may, at its expense, make copies of such <br /> records. <br /> SBSA and City will submit joint reports to the RWQCB, the DOHS, or to any <br /> other regulatory agency that has issued a joint permit or entitlement to the parties. <br /> The parties shall each prepare that portion of such report that pertains to their <br /> respective facilities or responsibilities. They shall coordinate their efforts in that <br /> regard in order to facilitate preparation and timely submittal of such reports. To <br /> -1 S- 1091374.7 <br />
