�. �j - ( <br /> Lessor's prior approval and in accordance with such reasonable terms and <br /> conditions as Lessor shall establish. <br /> 6. TAXES. Lessee agrees to pay all lawful real and personal property <br /> taxes and assessments levied by the State, County, City, or other tax or <br /> assessment levying bodies (other than Lessor), upon any and all real and <br /> personal property or property interest it has or may have in the Leased Premises <br /> described herein, and any goods, wares, merchandise, equipment, and other <br /> materials stored or kept therein. Pursuant to the provisions of California <br /> Revenue and Taxation Code Section 107.6, Lessee hereby acknowledges that <br /> this Lease may create a possessory interest subject to property taxation and that <br /> Lessee may be subject to the payment of property taxes levied on such interest. <br /> 7. USE OF LEASED PREMISES. The Leased Premises shall be used by <br /> Lessee for the purpose of constructing and operating a municipal recycled water <br /> treatment, storage, and pumping facility, as more particularly described in the <br /> Agreement for Production and Delivery of Recycled Water previously referenced. <br /> The �eased Premises shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior <br /> written consent of Lessor evidenced by resolution of the Commission of Lessor; <br /> provided, however, that such written consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, <br /> conditioned, or delayed. <br /> 8. DANGEROUS USES. No goods, merchandise or material shall be <br /> kept, stored, or sold in or on the Leased Premises which are in any way <br /> explosive, or hazardous, and no offensive or dangerous trade, business, or <br /> occupation shall be carried on therein or thereon, and nothing shall be done on <br /> said Leased Premises other than as provided for in paragraph 7 of this Lease <br /> 5 � � oasss.a <br />
