I F. 3 <br /> AMENDMENT NO,1 <br /> '- TO THE COOPERATIVE SERVICE AGREEMENT (TRUST FUND) BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF <br /> AGRICULTURE AN INIAL AND PLANT HEALTH INSPECTION SERVICE. <br /> WILDLIFE SERVICE . <br /> [REDWOc.D SHORES PREDA1'OR MANAGEMENT] <br /> This Amendment No.1 is entered into and effective as of the - day of <br /> , 2004, amending the agreement signed October 21, 2002 (the <br /> "Agreement"), by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation ("City"), and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal <br /> and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Service (WS) (collectively, the <br /> "Parties") for Redwood Shores predator management. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. The Parties desire to provide for continued Agreement services at a set <br /> fee for the period of time between October 1, 2003 and September 30. 2004. <br /> B. In this regard, the Parties have negotiated and agreed to a supplemental <br /> scope of work and fee schedule, which is attached to and incorporated by this reference <br /> as Exhibit "A," Scope of Work/Budget Plan Between the City of Redwood City and <br /> USDA, APHIS, Wildlife Services (INS)". <br /> ~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement, USDA, APHIS, <br /> WS will provide those services described in Exhibit "A" <br /> 2. City will pay USDA, APHIS, WS for all work associated with those services <br /> described in Exhibit "A" a not to exceed amount of forty-eight thousand, one hundred <br /> thirty four dollars ($48,134). <br /> 3. USDA, APHIS, WS will complete all work described in Exhibit "A" by <br /> September 30, 2004. <br /> 4. The attached Exhibit "A" will replace, in its entirety, the Scope of <br /> Work/Budget Plan Between the City and USDA, APHIS, WS for the period of time <br /> between October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003. <br /> 5.
