<br /> (0.1 F-2 <br /> The 2002-2003 Annual Report, reveals that three (3) cats, and four (4) raccoons were <br /> captured during a 12-month 'period from October 2002. Per the usual protocol, the <br /> animals were delivered to tt.,;¡ Peninsula Humcne Society (PHS) for proper handling. At <br /> PHS animals were relocated 'ccording to Stat\.' law, returned to their owners, adopted, <br /> or put to sleep. The report alsc mentions that on October 12, 2002, there was evidence <br /> of trespassers, dogs, and a one-time sighting of red foxes. The foxes appeared to just <br /> be passing though the area. Also, the exclusionary fences and gates had to be repaired <br /> twice during this time period. <br /> A complete copy of the Agreement is available for review in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> Fiscal Impacts <br /> Funds in the amount of $68,761 are appropriated in the 2003-2004 GID 1-64 Budget <br /> under the Capital Improvement Program, under Levee Project Mitigation, for this <br /> project. <br /> < ~~A' /#td1{ ~ <br /> Bru iedstrand .
