The goals, development standards and urban design <br /> guidelines, and plan implementation provisions contained in this Precise Plan are <br /> consistent with the relevant/land use compatibility criteria contained in the 1996 San <br /> Mateo County Comprehensive Airport Land Use Plan, as amended, for San Carlos <br /> Airport. <br /> Amend Condition #7 on pg. 89 to read as follows: <br /> 7(a). Building height shall not exceed the prescribed limits of the Federal Aviation <br /> Administration (FAA) or the San Carlos Airport Land Use Plan. Building heights and <br /> design shall otherwise be governed by the provisions of the Precise Plan. Approval by <br /> the FAA and concurrence by the City/County Association of Governments' Airport Land <br /> Use Commission for the proposed General Plan Amendment must be confirmed prior to <br /> the issuance of building permits. Subsequent reviews may be required if tower building <br /> (185 feet or greater in height) locations are changed. <br /> 7(b). The project design and development shall comply with all relevant FAA standards <br /> and criteria for aviation safety, regarding flashing lights, reflective material, uses which <br /> may attract large concentrations of birds, HVAC exhaust vents, and uses which may <br /> generate electrical or electronic interFerence with aircraft communications and/or aircraft <br /> instrumentation. <br /> Amend Condition # 19 on pg. 91 to read as follows: <br /> 19 (a) State Disclosure Requirements. All property for sale in the Marina Shores <br /> Village development is subject to the real estate disclosure notice requirement(s) of <br /> Chapter 496, Statutes of 2002 State of California. <br /> 19 (b) City Review. The form of the disclosure shall be reviewed and approved by the <br /> City prior to approval of the Final Map for each phase of the development. The <br /> disclosure documents shall be recorded for future owners in perpetuity, unless <br /> otherwise agreed to by the City. <br />
