By resolution (1) approve Memorandum of Understanding with the Service <br /> Employees' International Union Local 715; (2) authorize amendments of the <br /> Salary and Wage Plan for classifications represented by the Senrice Employee's <br /> International Union Local 715 in January 23, 2006 and January 22, 2007. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> It is recommended that the City Council, by resolution, approve a new <br /> Memorandum of Understanding with the Service Employees' International Union <br /> Local 715 for the period of February 1, 2004 through January 31, 2008.
