Appeal of the Zoning Administrator's approval of a Planned Development <br /> Amendment at 2 Dillon Lane to allow for a second story balcony addition to an <br /> existing finro-story single family residence located in the Valota Place Planned <br /> Development (continued from March 22, 2004)) <br /> Mayor Ira stated that the public hearing on this topic was closed on March 22, <br /> 2004 and that this item had been continued by Council in order to receive <br /> additional information from staff. <br /> Associate Planner Lyon stated he was presenting additional considerations for the <br /> 2 Dillon Lane appeal. On March 22, the public hearing was closed and the item <br /> continued for 60 days to provide the opportunity to clarify the criteria within the <br /> zoning ordinance with respect to planned development amendments, and <br /> secondly, to obtain some additional historical background information on the <br /> project.
