Adopt a Resolution approving the attached Findings and Statement of Overriding <br /> Considerations, and approving the accompanying Mitigation Monitoring Program. <br /> (Attachment 3 of the May 24, 2004, staf� report) <br /> 2. Adopt a Resolution amending the General Plan land use designation of the <br /> Peninsula Marina and adjacent Bair Island Road from "Commercial/Office — <br /> Office Park Oriented Uses" to "Commercial/Office — Mixed Uses (Commercial <br /> and Residential)", and amending the text to permit increases in net density based <br /> on the density provisions of a Precise Plan. (Attachment 4 of the May 24, 2004, <br /> staff report) <br /> 3. Introduce an Ordinance approving the Precise Plan for the Marina Shores <br /> Village. (Attachment 5 of the May 24, 2004, staff report) <br /> 4. Find that the rezoning of the Peninsula Marina site and adjacent Bair Island Road <br /> from "CG" (General Commercial) District to "P" (Planned Community) District; <br /> and the rezoning of the Pete's Harbor site and adjacent Uccelli Road from "CG- <br /> R" (General Commercial-Residential Combining) District to "P" (Planned <br /> Community) District are both in the public interest and introduce an Ordinance for <br /> said rezoning. (Attachment 6 of the May 24, 2004 staff report) <br /> 5. Introduce an Ordinance approving a Developrnent Agreement with Glenborougfi- <br /> Pauls, LLC for Marina Shores Village. (Attachment 7 of the May 24, 2004, staff <br /> report) <br /> In addition to the Planning Commission's recommendation, staff also recommends that <br /> the City Council do the following: <br /> 6.
