J C-Z . . <br /> Exhibit "A" <br />June 14, 2004 <br />Mr. Greg Lami <br />Mulligans Pub & Grill <br />2650 Broadway <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Dear Mr. Lami: <br />In accordance with Redwood City Code Section 33A.17, you are hereby issued this <br />letter permit authorizing you to conduct a car show in accordance with the terms <br />and conditions herein. <br />Permission is granted to Mr. Jerry Lami ("Permittee"), by the City of Redwood City <br />("City"). This permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br />1. Car Show: Permittee shall sponsor said activities. <br /> <br />2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br /> City, Chief of Police, or his designee. <br />3. Non-Transferability: This permit is non-transferable. <br /> <br />4. Location: The Car Show herein permitted shall be conducted and the route <br /> reserved therefore in the areas shown on the attached map. The Car Show <br /> herein permitted shall be conducted and the streets reserved therefore on <br /> Broadway between EI Camino Real and Perry & California Streets <br />5. Dates and Times: The Car Show shall be conducted on Wednesday, July <br /> 4, 2004. The street closure shall commence at 7:00 AM and conclude by <br /> 6:00 PM. The event shall conclude at 4:00 PM and the event shall be <br /> cleared of litter and debris during the hours of 4:00 PM through 6:00 PM. <br />6. Insurance: Permittee shall provide the City commercial general liability <br /> insurance coverage for any and all activities permitted hereunder in the <br /> 1 <br />
