This is to <br /> facilitate the temporary staging of vehicles and equipment needed to support Parade and Festival <br /> operation. <br /> 2) No Parking in the festival area from 5:00 PM Saturday, July 3 until 8:00 PM Sunday, <br /> July 4. Posting of"Nù Parking" signs should be completed by 5:00 PM, Wednesday, June 28. <br /> Enforcement of "No Parking" to begin 5:00 PM Saturday, July 3. <br /> The PCA will offer assistance to the Police Department with preparation of the NO PARKING signs. <br /> We can provide pre-printed labels to be applied to the signs. With permission from the Police <br /> Department, we would put the labels on the signs, post the signs in accordance with current regulations, <br /> and remove the signs after the event. <br /> 3) Traffic Diversion: <br /> The following traffic diversion measures are requested for the safety of pre-event setup of booths, <br /> stages, and miscellaneous facilities.
