Proclamation: "Lights On After School Day" - Christopher Beth, Parks and <br /> Recreation Department <br /> Mayor Ira read and presented the proclamation. Superintendent Beth explained <br /> the program to be celebrated on Thursday, October 14 at Taft School, one of the <br /> eight grant provided after school programs. It is an open house befinreen 5-7 p.m. <br /> with representatives and parents from each school. He further thanked all the <br /> partners in the program.
