The property owners are using chemical sanitation <br /> facilities in the interim, while this problem is being resolved. <br /> The citizens of Redwood City are down-gradient from this location, so staff <br /> recommends that in this one case, the connection to a residence outside the City limit <br /> be approved. Our agreement with the Town of Woodside states that this is the one, <br /> and only one property that can be connected to this line. <br /> Alternative <br /> In accordance to the same City Code Section, the alternative is for the City Council to <br /> add other reasonable conditions; or deny the request.
