<br /> 6.10 <br /> Page 2 <br />the work is expected to be on the order of $90,000. <br />There also may be unanticipated studies or costs due to the complexity and scale of this project. <br />Therefore the attached contract also allows for the provision of additional services upon approval of <br />the City Manager or his delegate. This additional work cannot exceed 20% ofthe total project cost. <br />If the scope must be expanded even more and thus exceeds that increase, the City Council will be <br />asked to consider a contract amendment. <br />Alternative <br />Do not approve the agreement as submitted. Such a decision will result in the need to either instruct <br />staff to amend the agreement and scope of services, or to not proceed with the environmental <br />review of the project. <br />Fiscal Impact <br />There will be no fiscal impact to the City.
