Further,the <br /> c�ocument is avaiiabte to the pubtic cyn the City's web��te, t�r upon r�sques�. Tc��'td the document to <br /> every property owner whose propert.y may conceivably be subject to eminent damain would,we <br /> believe, setve to unnecessarily agitate a great many proper[y owners,give alt of them the impression <br /> that the City was indeed interested in their specific prt�erty when in fact that wili not be�e case,and <br /> cause undue concem and confusion among property owners. <br /> We fee�that by providing the document to a properly owner very early in any potential acquisition <br /> process will be sufficient for them to fully absorb the City's intent and philosaphy.
