Staff has prepared several <br /> alternafiives to the project for Planning Commission consideration which are outlined below. <br /> Staff's recommendation is Option #3, which recommends the preparation of a more <br /> Comprehensive Woodside Road Precise Plan prior to processing the developer's site <br /> specific Precise Ptan for 885 Woodside Road. <br /> PROJECT LOCATiON: 885 Woodside Road (at Horgan Avenue) <br /> ADJACENT LAND USES: The subject property is L-shaped with access on both Woodside <br /> Raad an� Hargan Rv�rue. A� �x�sting gas station �ro�ts the �ra�rty an Woodside Road. <br /> Sing(e-family residential homes are located to the rear. The Mantecito Apartments lie to <br /> the south and a car wash, nursery school and The Encfave condominiums lie to the north, <br /> across Horgan Avenue. <br /> PUBLIC NOTIFIGATION: 68 notices mailed to surrounding residential property owners. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The applicant requests a Precise P(an far a 43-unit, five-story condo project on a 0.66-acre <br /> parcel with 96 parking stalls and bicycle storage within a sub-grade & at-grade parking <br /> garage. Open space amenities would include: outdoor decks, patio, two rooftop gardens, <br /> finro party rooms and a fitness center. Access to the site would be provided from Horgan <br /> Avenue. The projec# is fronted by an 11,000 square foot gas station site.
