A more <br /> comprehensive analysis of Woodside Road would help to determine desired neighborhoad <br /> characteristics involving possible changes to density, parking, open space, lot coverage, <br /> setbacks and height standards. !t would also help to define standards that could improve the <br /> pedestrian experience on Woodside Road such as street trees, widened sidewalks, tra�c <br /> calming, pedestrian signals, bicycfe and streetscape amenities, etc. <br /> Cons: <br /> 1.
