6.1 E <br /> Page 4 <br /> a deed, grant of easement, lease, conveyance, ar transfer of any prope�ty interest, and <br /> is revocabie without cause at any time by the City Manager, effective upan giving not <br /> less than forty-five (45) days' prior written notice of such revocafion addressed #o <br /> Permittee at the address set forth above, and mailed or delivered to Permittee at said <br /> address. <br /> 2. Setf�ack and Access Along the Courthouse building. The encroachment <br /> area shall be accessible, clean and clear o# debris and overgrown vegetation a# all <br /> times. <br /> 3. City's Access. City reserves the right to un(imited access to the City <br /> easement, or any part thereof for municipal purposes, including, but not limited to, the <br /> performance of maintenance and repairs of any and all structures or public <br /> improvements, heretofare or hereafter instal[ed and/ar constructed in or upon the City <br /> easement, #he inspection of the easement, the use, maintenance, repair of adjoining <br /> areas or for any ather purpose in furtherance of City's use of the easemen#. <br /> Notwithstanding the foregoing, City shall extend reasonable efforts not #o interfere with <br /> Permittee's use and occupancy of the easement in exercising its rights under this <br /> paragraph. <br /> 4. Equipment. The proposed equipment and associated components <br /> installed within the permit area consist of an outdoor 38" x 3$" x 40" height condenser <br /> unit placed on above a 48" x 4$u x 2" height concrete pad at grade, and a 5' x 6" <br /> concrete base for the concienser unit refrigerant pipe support near #he southeast <br /> section of the Courthouse.
