In addition to #he aforesaid certificates, <br /> Permit#ee shall file wi#h the City Clerk endorsements: <br /> (a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage of insurance before <br /> the expiration of 30 days after City shali have received notifica#ion <br /> thereof by first class mail from the insurance carrier; <br /> (b) Naming the City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents, <br /> employees and volun#eers as additiona! insureds; <br /> (c} Providing standard cross liability provisions; <br /> (d) Stating that the insurance afforded thereby to City, its Council, o�cers, <br /> boards, cammissions, agents and emplayees shall be primary <br /> insurance to the fu11 limits of the liability of the policy, and that if City, <br /> its, Council, o�cers, baards, commissians, agents and employees <br /> have other insurance against a loss covered by such a policy, such <br /> other insurance shall be excess insurance only. <br /> 9. Abandonmenfi. In the event tha# Permittee abandons or fai{s to use the <br /> City easement, or shall fail, neglect, or refuse to maintain the condenser unifi and entire <br /> encroachment area in a clean and good working condition, or to comp(y with any of the <br /> conditions herein contained, or in the event that this permission shall be revoked, then <br /> al! rights of Permittee hereunder shaff forthwith cease and terminate. Permittee agrees <br /> to be solely responsible for all the costs associated with the safe abandonment of the <br /> condenser and associated components to fihe satisfaction of the City. <br /> 10. Reloca#e.
