Payment: RDA will make the Firs# Interim Payment af $16,800.Q4 upon contract approval by the Board of Director af the Redevelopment Agency and receipt of an acceptable invoice approved by RDA. Step Two: DOCUMENTATlON - Structural Seal Submittal; Electrical Plan Submittal; lnstaffation Pian Submittaf Due Date: November 1, 2006 1. Deliverables: a. Submit ta-scale, full-color drawings of the Artwork which illustrate the proposed Structural Plan of the Artwork in�its entirety. The design drawings shail inc{ude a depiction of the placement of the Ar#work along the street and any attachrnent systems, inc(uding mechanical and efectrical attachments required to anchor or integrate the Artwark to the streetligh# polss. The structural plan shali include structuraE calcula#ions by a registered structural engineer. Prior to submittal to RDA, the finai design sf�a!! be reviewed and approved by a cert�ed structural engineer paid for by RDA under separate contract. b. Submit to-sca[e drawings of the Artw�rk which illustrat� the proposed Electrical PEan af the Artwork along the street. c. Submit an Installation Plan to show material specifications, application procedures, and installation instructions. Submit materials specifications far all products, installation and application methadoiogy and sequencing of installation, including but not limited ta the framework, streetlight pnles, glazing, electrica! components and connections, lighting elements, adhesives, sealants, hardware, and fasteners to be used in the Artwork. 2. Written authorization wil) be given to proceed to Step Three upon written approva! of the deliverables by RDA. 3. Payment: RDA will make the Second fnterim Payment of$16,800.00 upon receipt of an acceptable invoice approved by RDA.
