<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ALLOCATING A ONE-TIME ALLOCATION OF 80 <br />HOURS OF ADMINSTRATIVE LEAVE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. A compensation adjustment was granted in September of 2006 for the <br /> <br />City Attorney for the fiscal year 2006/2007 in recognition of his exceptional <br /> <br />performance. As part of this compensation adjustment and in recognition of on-going <br /> <br />outstanding performance, a one-time allocation of 80 hours of administrative leave <br /> <br />should be granted to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />2. In addition the 80 hours of administrative leave must be used by August <br /> <br />31, 2007. Any hours not used by August 31, 2007 will be forfeited and are not eligible <br /> <br />for any cash buyout or transfer to other accured leave types. <br /> <br />3.
