Developer shall itself or through contracts wfth professional consuitants satisfactory to <br /> City and Agency provide construction project management, inspection, surveying and other <br /> professional services required for construction of the Public Parking Facility. These firms shall be <br /> referred to collectively in this Agreement as "Consuitants". To the extent required by law, Developer <br /> shall pay, and shall require the Consultants tu pay, prevailing wages and comply with ail related <br /> labor and employment requirements as applicable to the Public Parking Facility pursuant to Labor <br /> Code Section 1770 et seq. <br /> D. Developer shall perform all of its obligations hereunder and shall conduct all <br /> operations with respect to the performance of the Services in a good, workmanlike and professional <br /> manner, with the standards of diligence and care normally employed by duly qualified persons <br /> utilizing their best efforts in the performance of comparable services in the San Francisco Bay Area <br /> who shall adhere to the standards generally prevailing for the performance of expert construction <br /> and construction project management services in the San Francisco Bay Area. Developer shall <br /> require its Contractors and Consultants to perform to these same standards. <br /> E. All Contractors and Consultants shall comply with the City's Business License <br /> Ordinance. <br /> .
