The company consists of <br /> approximately 15 professionals with extensive experience in urban development and planning and the <br /> overall research, coordination, and written preparation of environmental documents, ranging from <br /> environmental assessments to full environmental impact reports (EIlts) and environmental impact <br /> statements (EISs). <br /> Judy Shanley is a Principal and President of the company and will serve as principal-in-charge for <br /> the EIR.
