<br />..5. /4- ¿¿;- <br /> <br />The PCA will provide 4 portable toilets in the parking lot at Seaport Court and 3 units <br />in the rear of the office buildings at the east end of the parking lot. <br /> <br />Additional lighting adjacent to the . waterfront will also be provided at the end of the <br />fireworks' show to assist in the sa1e exit of spectators from the area. <br /> <br />Support Reauested from the Port <br />The Blue Public Fishing Pierto be closed on July 4th from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm and. <br />the PCA will have a uniformed security officer at that location. <br /> <br />Provide the PCA with access to the electrical connections at the Blue Public Fishing <br />Pier for the low-power FM transmitter used to broadcast the fireworks music sound <br />track. ' <br /> <br />The public boat launch and parking lot may remain open on July 4th. During the <br />fireworks show, spectators should not be permitted on the launch ramp dock for <br />safety reasons. Appropriate warning signs may be posted as needed. <br /> <br />Notification to other aaencies <br />The PCA has a list of other agencies which have been notified when previous <br />fireworks displays were conducted. This list include the CHP, CalTrans, San Carlos <br />Airport and Menlo Park Police. <br /> <br />Train Operations <br />The PCA will notify the Union Pacific operations office and request that any rail <br />movements scheduled for July 4th be done after 11 :00 pm. <br /> <br />Public Notification of the Event <br />The PCA will utilize prepared press releases to both the broadcast and print news <br />media to inform the public of potential street closures and to direct people to viewing <br />areas west of the Bayshore Freeway. <br /> <br />..
