Task 2 — Water Quality Monitoring — Pesticide Application Monitoring: 2a- Monthly sampling and monitoring: $318.00 hourly rate 2b- Monitoring Record Keeping: $ 56.70 hourly rate 2c- Monthly Pesticide Usage Report: $100.00 flat rate per report 2d- Annual Report: $800.00 rate per report 2e- Other anticipated costs (Lab Fees): o Hardness $34.00 o Copper $22.00 o Diquat $178.00 • Based on the above, one annual monitoring event to cover 10 pesticide applications for submerged aquatic plant control is projected with an annual cost of $4,297.80. • Based on the above, two annual monitoring events to cover 20 pesticide applications for algae control are projected with an annual cost of $6,459.60 ($3,229.80 per event). Task 3 — Coordination with Analysis Lab, Lagoon Maintenance Contractor, and the City: 3a- identify, coordinate /liaison with qualified testing laboratory, including assuring laboratory meets EPA requirement: $110.00 hourly rate 3b- Coordinate with City's maintenance contractor to assure both pre and post treatment testing is completed according to plan: $110.00 hourly rate 3c- Other anticipated costs (Travel): $0.50 per mile • Based on the above, it is estimated that approximately twelve (12) hours per year will be required for coordination with an annual cost of $1,320.00.
