CLEAN LAKES INC. <br /> o Upon completion of the sampling day, water samples would be delivered, or picked <br /> up for delivery, to a State Certified Laboratory, and analyzed according to USEPA <br /> methods and laboratory quality control practices. <br /> o Upon receipt, lab results would be reviewed by Clean Lakes, Inc. to ensure proper <br /> reporting. <br /> o Physical water quality parameters, such as temperature, dissolved oxygen (DO), pH, <br /> specific conductivity, salinity, and turbidity will be sampled through the use of a <br /> Horiba U -52 water quality sampling probe, or equivalent, fitted with the appropriate <br /> sensors. GPS coordinates would be noted and /or waypoints collected to document <br /> sample site locations. <br /> o Clean Lakes, Inc. will coordinate with the weed control contractor to gather <br /> appropriate information in terms of application date, product use, and any other <br /> information required for report preparation. <br /> Task 3 — Coordination with Analysis Lab, Lagoon Maintenance Contractor, and the City: CLI <br /> will coordinate with the Analysis Lab, the Lagoon Maintenance Contractor, and City staff with <br /> regard to all objectives, deliverables, and other details that relate to the Redwood Shores Lagoon <br /> Management Plan and other regulatory bodies and requirements. <br /> Task 4 — Update the Redwood Shores Lagoon Management Plan as needed: CLI will coordinate <br /> with City staff and regulatory agencies to update the Redwood Shores Lagoon Maintenance Plan <br /> as needed. <br /> Task 5 — Prepare a NOl and Application for the NPDES Discharge Permit as needed: CLI will <br /> prepare the NO1 and application for renewal of Statewide General NPDES Permit for the <br /> Discharge of Aquatic Weed Control in the waters of the United States, General Permit No. <br /> CAG990005 following the 2011 Permit revisions that are expected to be finalized by the fall of <br /> 2011. The Annual NPDES Permit Report for Aquatic Pesticide use will be prepared with the <br /> data collected and submitted by March 1 of the following year after application (i.e. Annual <br /> report will be submitted by March 1, 2012 for any treatments that occur in 2011). <br /> Task 6 — Emergency Response: Should there be a sewage spill or other event requiring <br /> immediate assistance with water quality testing, CL1 would be available with a response time of <br /> less than 2 hours from the time assistance is requested. Tests will be sent to County Public <br /> Health Lab for analysis. The contact information for all staff available for emergency response <br /> situations is outlined below. CLI has worked with the County Public Health Lab, which has <br /> performed the emergency response analysis in the past. <br /> CLI's Northern California office is located approximately one hour away from the Redwood <br /> Shore Lagoons.
