06/27/2011 <br /> D. Decorative Fence. Fence which has a distinctive style, trim, color, or design, <br /> which matches or to some degree complements the existing residence. It may <br /> be open or solid. A decorative fence shall have the following characteristics: <br /> 1. The fence is constructed of material which matches or complements <br /> the architecture of the residence and its surroundings. The materials <br /> may include but not be limited to, wrought iron, brick, wood, stone, or <br /> a combination thereof. <br /> 2. The fence is painted, stained, or is a natural color which is compatible <br /> to the residence. <br /> 3. The fence may have a distinctive cap, trim, or design which <br /> distinguishes it from the more typical wall board design. <br /> Financial Institutions and Related Services (Land Use). Establishments that solicit, <br /> receive. or accept money or its equivalent on deposit and loan money as a regular business. <br /> Typical examples include federal or state - regulated banks, savings and loan associations, <br /> savings banks, credit unions, and lending establishments, with automatic teller machines <br /> (ATMs) as an accessory use. Does not include mortgage broker, accounting, financial <br /> investment, or similar offices ("Offices, Business, Government, and Professional "). Does not <br /> include check cashing establishments (see "Check Cashing "). <br /> 249— Financial Service. The provision of financial services to individuals, firms, or <br /> other entities including services customarily provided by banks, savings and loan institutions, <br /> credit unions, and similar institutions and organizations. <br /> 2,44 —Floor Area,. Gross. <br /> A. For the purpose of determining floor area ratio, the floor area of a building or <br /> buildings shall be the sum of the gross horizontal areas of the several floors of <br /> such buildings measured from the exterior faces of exterior walls or from the <br /> center line of party walls separating two buildings and shall include: <br /> 1. Basement space if more than half of the basement story height is <br /> above grade, except when the computation of the floor area ratio is <br /> defined differently in a zoning district; <br /> 2. Elevator stairs and stairwells at each floor; <br /> 3.
