An accessory structure that is detached from a main <br /> or accessory building, and that is substantially open to the passage of light and air on all <br /> sides, and which has a roof of typical lattice or a roof that is not less than sixty (60) percent <br /> open to the sky at any point across the entire structure. The exterior surface of a wall, window, door, pediment, or <br /> column, whether vertical or inclined, facing required front, side, or rear yard. <br /> Building Frontage. That face of a building or length of a lot that is parallel to. or is at a <br /> near parallel angle to a public street or public parking area. <br /> 246– Building.
