Council Discussion: One Council Member asked about the 40 percent lot coverage allowed in the City versus the 30 percent lot coverage allowed in the County in relation to this property. Mr. Mehra explained that the maximum zoning lot allowance for this City district is 40 percent, as shown on the staff report, these show maximum building envelopes, but they are not the maximum lot coverages for these respective lots. This Council Member also confirmed with Mr. Mehra that as they review the design, they would consider adaptations to specific lots for water quality, protection of the stability of the bank and the creek, and mitigation through fencing. Staff confirmed these assumptions. The Mayor opened the public hearing. There was no public comment. M/S Seybert/Gee to close the public hearing. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
