Mr. <br /> Mehra explained that the maximum zoning lot allowance for this City district is 40 <br /> percent, as shown on the staff report, these show maximum building envelopes, but <br /> they are not the maximum lot coverages for these respective lots. This Council Member <br /> also confirmed with Mr. Mehra that as they review the design, they would consider <br /> adaptations to specific lots for water quality, protection of the stability of the bank and <br /> the creek, and mitigation through fencing. Staff confirmed these assumptions. <br /> The Mayor opened the public hearing. There was no public comment. <br /> M/S Seybert/Gee to close the public hearing. Motion carried unanimously by voice <br /> vote. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1. Adopt, by resolution, the Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration <br /> (IS /MND) and the related Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program as a <br /> Condition of Project Approval. <br /> 2. Introduce an Ordinance approving the proposed Zoning Map Amendment of Article <br /> 60, Zoning Map No. 11 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning <br /> Ordinance, to prezone the subject properties located at 1250, 1252, 1254 <br /> Edgewood Road to Residential Hillside (RH) Zoning District as described in <br /> Attachment 2, and find that the proposed Zoning Map Amendment is in the <br /> public interest, based on the evidence presented at the public hearing and in <br /> this staff report.
